Terms of Service
ROBINHOOD ACADEMY SERVICE TERMS
(Version effective from 13 September 2026.)
§ 1. What this Service is
Robinhood Academy is a free educational website about blockchain technology, on-chain markets, launchpads, and how meme-token launches work. It provides courses, lessons, quizzes, a podcast, and certificates of completion.
The Service is operated by BIG IDEAS GROUP LTD ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Robinhood Academy is an independent education project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries, nor to any launchpad, token, blockchain foundation, or exchange described in our lessons. Names of third-party products are used only to describe and teach about them.
§ 2. What this Service is NOT
We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, wallet, custodian, launchpad, or trading platform. We do not execute trades, hold assets, take custody of funds, or transmit money. There is nothing to buy here and there is no token associated with this Service.
Nothing on this Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. We do not tell you which tokens to buy and we do not endorse any token, project, or launch discussed in a lesson. Any example used in teaching is an example, not a suggestion.
If anyone claims to represent Robinhood Academy while promoting a token, a presale, an "official" coin, an airdrop, or an investment opportunity, they are lying. We will never do that.
§ 3. Risk warning
Crypto assets are volatile and largely unregulated. Meme coins in particular are an extreme case: independent research consistently finds that the large majority of tokens launched on public launchpads lose effectively all of their value, and that a significant share of launches are outright scams. You can lose everything you put in, quickly and permanently, including through mechanisms no amount of research would have revealed to you in advance.
Our lessons describe how these systems work, including how they fail and how people are defrauded, precisely so that you can recognise them. Understanding a mechanism is not a reason to participate in it. If you choose to participate anyway, you do so entirely at your own risk and with your own money — never with borrowed money and never with money you need.
Laws differ by country. Creating, promoting, or trading tokens may be regulated or prohibited where you live, and may create tax obligations. It is your responsibility to check your own jurisdiction’s rules. Nothing here is legal advice.
§ 4. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service or create an account. Courses are free. To save progress and earn certificates you create an account with an accurate email address, and you keep your password confidential. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.
You may close your account at any time by contacting contact@robinhoodacademy.vip.
§ 5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to promote a token, launch, presale, or investment scheme; to post referral links to trading products; to harvest other learners’ data; to cheat quizzes at scale or forge certificates; or to attack, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may remove content that does.
§ 6. Certificates and points
A certificate records that a named account completed a course and passed its quizzes on this Service. It is not an accredited academic qualification, a professional licence, or any kind of financial credential.
Points, badges, and leaderboard positions are a game score. They are not money, tokens, securities, or credit, they have no cash value, they cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed, and we may adjust or reset them.
§ 7. Content and intellectual property
The courses, lessons, podcast, and design of the Service belong to us or our licensors. You may read, share links to, and learn from them; you may not republish them commercially or present them as your own without our written permission.
We work to keep lessons accurate, but on-chain products change constantly — fees, mechanics, and even entire platforms can change or disappear after a lesson is written. Always verify current details against the primary source before acting on anything.
§ 8. Availability and liability
The Service is provided free and "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue any part of it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading, investment, or token-related loss you suffer, or for indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
§ 9. Complaints, law, and changes
Send complaints to contact@robinhoodacademy.vip and we will respond within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
If we change these terms we will post the new version here and update the effective date. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change.
